Fire Rated Roller Shutter

FIRE RATED/NON FIRE RATED ROLLING SHUTTERS
SECTIONAL OVER HEAD DOORS & AUTOMATION

Electrically operated, 1.00 to 1.5mm thick salts standard colour powder coated and having three button push button control stainless steel casing with keys to avoid unauthorised entry. These shutters are in non-fire rated categories. Maximum size of these type of doors are restricted to 4500mm(W) x 5000 mm(H). For higher sizes GI Rolling shutters are preferred. Hood covers, sensors like photocell and safety edges and remotes can be provided on demand.

GI Rolling shutters

A) Non fire GI Rolling Shutters

Electrically operated 1.0mm GI slat rolling shutter with push button control. Remotes, hood cover, sensors and safety edges are available on demand. Pictures look like the same and higher sizes are possible than Alum shutters.

B) Fire rated single skin GI Rolling Shutters

Normally CDC minimum fire rating required for the rolling shutter in UAE is 2 HRS. Slats used for the single skin doors are 1.2mm to 1.5mm thick GI as per test done. These shutters are electrically operated with push button and in case of fire the shutters can be closed or opened as the client demands. Once the fire alarm triggered push button and all safety devices connected to the shutter will be deactivated.

C) Fire rated Double skin GI rolling shutters.

Electrically operated rolling shutter with same features as single skin shutters, but only differs in the curtain which is used is double skin and it stronger than single skin doors.

D) Poly carbonate Rolling shutters

These shutters are in non-fire rated category and it is electrically operated with push button control. Remotes, hood cover and sensors can be provided additionally on demand.
